Benno Bikes LLC provides each original retail purchaser of a new Benno bicycle a limited warranty against defects in material and/or workmanship. The following conditions and limitations apply:
- Frames carry a five year limited warranty for the original owner.
- Components (not to include tyres, tubes and cables) are warrantied for one year.
- Bosch offers a warranty of two years or 500 cycles. Commercial use is reduced to one year.
- Benno branded accessories are warrantied for one year, provided they have been properly installed by an authorized Benno dealer.
Charges such as labour, shipping and transportation are not included.
This warranty is offered to the original retail purchaser ONLY. Both proof of purchase from an authorized Benno dealer and a validated warranty registration card mailed directly to Benno Bikes LLC are required to validate protection under this warranty.
