The rear derailleur can handle cassettes up to a 11-52T Cassette. We sell a simple HG compatible 12 speed cassette.

Top tips from having installed these at the shop:
Brakes are flat mount only and use their own proprietary adapters, other adapters may not work if you are trying to change rotor sizes. No rotors included.
Requires a 12 speed cassette, crankset and chain.
For bikes currently running a 9-11 speed shimano cassette we sell a bargain priced 12 speed HG compatible Cassette. Works well with our L-Twoo groupset on a HG freehub body.
