Tim wanted a capable 29er mountain bike for mostly touring duties with a bit of exploring and general riding thrown in.
Only a small number of frames are compatible with a Rohloff and Gates Carbon Belt drive setup, so we went with a Soma Juice Hardtail frame and added a Rockshox 130mm suspension fork to the front.
Wheels were handbuilt with Dt Swiss Rims and Sapim spokes.

We built an SP dynamo hub into the front with a Schmidt Edelux front light and rear light integrated on the Tubus rear rack.
