Our workshop is where the magic happens - we build, service and repair a huge range of bicycles and e-bikes, and chances are we can help you.

Hours
The workshop is open 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, and 10am-4pm Saturdays. On weekdays between 8-9am you can drop off your bike at the rear door on Belmont Lane. Between 4-5pm weekdays the workshop is open for pick-ups, drop-offs, and small jobs.

On Saturdays we only have one mechanic in the workshop. You are more than welcome to drop off and collect service bikes, but we are unable to carry out any service work. We will always do our very best to help with tube changes and emergency repairs to keep you on your bike.

E-bikes
We service e-bikes that use Bosch, Shimano STePS, Brompton, Wombat and Specialized electrical systems. Our mechanics are trained in the diagnostic systems used for these brands, and work closely with their Australian support teams. If your bike has a different electrical system, we may be able to do some mechanical work on the bike, but we won't work on the electrics. We will not work on e-bikes that don't comply with NSW legal requirements (motor operates above 25km/h, has a throttle). If you are unsure, please contact the workshop before booking your bike in.
