Are bottom brackets universal?

Unfortunately not, bottom bracket dimensions are very specific to the frame of your bicycle. It will be something that is specified by the manufacturer. If you can’t figure it out feel free to call or email us and we can advise you on the correct Bottom Bracket for your bike.

How do I know if I need to replace my bottom bracket?

If it’s making a lot of creaking noise or has signs of rust on the bearings these can be an indicator that it’s time to replace your bottom bracket. If you’re still unsure then bring your bike in for a free quote.
