If not, we'll help you with the warranty process, if the issue is outside of normal 'wear and tear.'
Please note that the warranty applies only to the original owner of the product and proof of purchase must be shown at time of warranty enquiry. If your purchased item is not as described or faulty upon receipt of purchase, ByK will happily refund or exchange your purchase.
