ByK Bikes want to make sure you love your ByK as much as they love making them, so they will do everything in our power to make sure you are a happy ByK customer. If you’re experiencing an issue with your ByK, we want to assist you in resolving that issue. Please contact us first to ask if we can fix the issue. If not, we'll help you with the warranty process, if the issue is outside of normal 'wear and tear.'
Please note that the warranty applies only to the original owner of the product and proof of purchase must be shown at time of warranty enquiry. If your purchased item is not as described or faulty upon receipt of purchase, ByK will happily refund or exchange your purchase.
